Dan, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for our new home. When we bought the land in 2006-7 we had no idea who would build the house. All we had was a picture of a house with a screened porch. Somehow we got introduced to you and you came up with our dream. Since then we have come to really appreciate your talent and ability. Debbie and I are pretty good when it comes to recognizing people and their integrity, and you are the real deal and we value our relationship. Having some experience in industrial construction, I was impressed in the simple manner you tackled things as they came up that baffled me. I would be remiss if I didn’t comment on your subs. Without exception they were professional, courteous, and honest. They were very helpful with suggestions based on their experience and they all were extremely friendly. You have a really great team.
